Im 21 years old and about a month ago i took 1 unprescribed adderall that was 20 mg. Ever since i took it, my sexual pleasure has decreased a little bit and my ejaculation is messed up. For example, it doesn't always "shoot out" like it normally should and sometimes it feel like its being held back a little bit as if there a blockage in my vas deferens ( i think thats where the seamen goes though). Also my seamen comes out first and idk if there is any sperm in there but after the seamen comes out i feel a glob of sperm go up through my penis and slowly out the urethrea(i see a lot of white little dots in it) I don"t know if this made me sterile or it permanently damaged my ejaculation but i don't know what to do and i don't want to go see a doctor. Please help! what is wrong with me? and what can i do to help myself out?

Hi, Welcome to the forum. Adderall (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine) is a central nervous system stimulant and indicated to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD). Side effects of this medication may include: headache or dizziness, sleep problems (insomnia, dry mouth or an unpleasant taste in your mouth, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and loss of interest in sex, impotence, or difficulty having an orgasm. In your case, you may be having a side effect of the said drug especially if you are not experiencing the indicated conditions mentioned above. This stimulant is a drug of abuse and may be habit-forming. Using this medication improperly can cause serious side effects on the heart and even death. Try to avoid taking this in the future without talking to your doctor first. It is best that you have this checked by your doctor for proper evaluation. Management will depend on the results of your doctor's examination. I know you may have personal reasons why you do not want to see your doctor. However, you may benefit from it and to make sure that you do not have fertility or impotence issues. Hello, Welcome to the forum. It is true that loss of libido and difficulty having an orgasm are common side effects of the drug Adderall but as far as from your post, i can understand that you have taken it only once and that too 1 month back. Hence it is unlikely to be the side effect for persisting for 1 month if you are not taking it regularly. Other causes need to be probed. These include psychological causes, Factors such as pressure, angle and grip during masturbation and intercourse, neurological and endocrine diseases (diabetes), prostate problems, some allergies, infections like balanoposthitis, obstruction in the urethra and high blood pressure. I suggest you to consult a urologist and get investigated for these possibilities if the symptoms are severe. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
